One standard.
Every session is purposeful, technique driven, and built around getting you real results, wherever you train
WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Warm-up in advance
You receive a custom warm-up before every session. No time wasted, no cold starts.
IN SESSION
Technique over everything
50 minutes of focused, purposeful work. Moving well is what drives long lasting progress and mitigates.
BETWEEN SESSIONS
Habit changes to drive progress

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be experienced to start?
Not at all. Whether you’re new to lifting or have years of experience, the program is built around where you are right now. The assessment at the start exists specifically to understand your background so nothing is assumed.
Do I need a membership?
No! If we train at Central Strength, I take care of all that for you. Your job is to show up, and put effort into the game plan I’ve written for you. If we train at any of the Apple Fitness Centers, you must be an Apple Employee with access to the facilities.
What happens in the first session?
The first session services as an assessment to gather information related to your goals, training experience, nutritional, and lifestyle habits. The information from this assessment is used to create your long term goals, which change as you progress in your fitness levels.
What if I travel frequently or my schedule changes?
The program adapts with you. If your schedule shifts, the plan shifts within 24 hours. Remote coaching in particular is built for people whose weeks don’t look the same twice — you train where you are, with a program that fits the situation.
How is this different from a regular gym trainer?
Most gym trainers run you through a generic session and move on. Here, every session is built around a specific program written for you. You also train between sessions with full programming delivered through my training app, which means progress compounds instead of stalling between appointments.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. All formats are month-to-month or per session. The goal is to earn your continued commitment through results — not lock you into something that doesn’t serve you.
I’m not an athlete, powerlifter or weightlifter, is this still form me?
Yes! Strength and Conditioning is not just for athletes, but for all ages and experience levels. I got my start in Strength and Conditioning by training general health and fitness clients, and have ben training them for over 5+ years now. My clients have worked with Volleyball athletes looking to PR their vertical jump, all the way to 80 year old’s just looking to improve their daily life!
