Remote Coaching

$150/Month

Get stronger, move better, and stay on track with a custom training plan built for you. This is best suited for individuals who are familiar with strength training, and mostly need exercise programming, and nutritional guidance as opposed to in-person training.

What You Get:

  • Personalized workouts updated weekly to match your goals

  • Video feedback on your lifts to improve technique

  • Simple nutrition advice with easy meal ideas and strategies

  • Bi-Weekly Check-Ins(30 Minutes)

Your workouts are delivered through the TrainHeroic app. Weekly check-ins keep you accountable, and quick adjustments ensure steady progress.

How It Works:

  1. Sign Up – Fill out a short form. Expect a follow-up within 48 hours, to discuss goals, and training program. You will then be invoiced, and sign a waiver prior to receiving any coaching.

  2. Get Your Plan – Receive a customized workout program with video demos.

  3. Stay Accountable – A trainer-client contract sets clear expectations to keep you progressing.

  4. Stay on Track – Weekly check-ins and bi-weekly calls keep you progressing.

  5. Make Progress – Adjustments made within 24 hours when needed.

In Person Training

$105-120/Session(50 Minute sessions)

Sessions are available at Central Strength in Campbell, CA or at your requested location. Payments are invoiced through Intuit QuickBooks. (Additional charge applies for travel based on distance.)

  • Texting/Calling for questions or adjustments to training programming.

  • Access to workouts through the TrainHeroic app

  5. Ongoing Support – Get help with lifestyle changes and adjustments as needed.

Hybrid Coaching

1x/month – $210/month

2x/month – $300/month

4x/month – $495/month

The best of both worlds—hands-on coaching + ongoing remote support.
Train in-person for real-time feedback, while staying on track between sessions with personalized programming and weekly check-ins.
