In Person Training
$105/Session(50 Minute sessions)
Sessions are available at Central Strength in Santa Clara, CA or at your requested location. Payments are invoiced through Intuit QuickBooks. (Additional charge applies for travel based on distance if you want me to travel to you)

Nutrition guidance, and implementation strategies
Texting/Calling for questions or adjustments to training programming
Access to workouts through the TrainHeroic app
Additional programming for your solo sessions in between training times

How It Works:
Initial Consultation – Fill out the Calendly link at the bottom of the page. In our consultation we will discuss training goals, nutrition, and lifestyle as it supports training.
Train – I will give you a general outline of our training plan. Once you agree to the training plan. You will then be invoiced, and sign a waiver prior to receiving any coaching.
Stay Accountable – A trainer-client contract sets clear expectations to keep you progressing.
Train & Improve – Sessions focus on technique, strength, and performance.
Ongoing Support – Get help with lifestyle changes and adjustments as needed.
Remote Coaching
$150/Month
Get stronger, move better, and stay on track with a custom training plan built for you. This is best suited for individuals who are familiar with strength training, and mostly need exercise programming, and nutritional guidance as opposed to in-person training.

Weekly Check In-Calls
Your workouts are delivered through the TrainHeroic app. Weekly check-ins keep you accountable, and quick adjustments ensure steady progress.

Anyone! While my specialty is in strength and conditioning, I work with a wide variety of clients ranging from complete beginners with no experience, to busy tech execs trying to fit all they can into one hour, to 80 year old organ transplant recipients. Training and lifting weights is for everyone!

For in person training, our consult can either be in person at Central Strength in Santa Clara, CA or over google meets. For remote coaching, consults will be done over google meets.

Individuals who are familiar with strength training and primarily need exercise programming and nutritional guidance, as opposed to in-person training. If you are brand new to training, in person will allow you to get instant feedback which will lead to safer and more rapid gains.

The additional cost for me to travel to your location will vary, as it is based on the distance traveled and the estimated time spent in transit, which is added to the base rate of the training session.
